Subscription Commerce Software Company
A subscription commerce software company overhauled its Sales Cloud implementation and added CPQ with a marketing sync and DocuSign, giving its revenue team a connected system from lead to signed contract.
A headless CRM, checkout, and payments platform serving D2C ecommerce brands with subscription management, funnel building, payment orchestration, and revenue recovery had an existing Salesforce org that needed significant restructuring. Lead lifecycle stages, opportunity processes, and the connection between sales and marketing were inconsistent, and quoting and contract execution happened outside the CRM.
The challenge
The HubSpot sync was misconfigured and not operating on an inclusion list, causing data quality issues between marketing and sales. Lead and opportunity lifecycle stages did not reflect the actual sales process, and there were no validation rules enforcing required data at key conversion points. Quoting required manual steps outside Salesforce, and contract signatures were not captured in the system.
The solution
SiiMPLY7 restructured the lead and opportunity lifecycle stages, built validation rules to enforce data quality at each stage transition, and reconfigured the HubSpot sync to operate on a lead-score-based inclusion list. On top of that foundation the team implemented Revenue Cloud and CPQ with product configuration, pricing, discount rules, approvals, and DocuSign integration, and built dashboards for sales performance, pipeline, and forecasting.
