Regional Home Builder
A regional home builder restructured Sales Cloud around real buyer journeys and launched Pardot campaigns segmented by account data.
A regional home builder sells custom homes to buyers across several markets. Its Salesforce org had been set up by a previous partner, with deal information stored on accounts rather than opportunities, and marketing ran separately.
The challenge
Because stages and deal fields lived on the account, the team could not track more than one deal per customer or attribute sales correctly. Automation was tied to the previous partner's user, and marketing could not segment buyers because account data was not synced to the marketing platform.
The solution
SiiMPLY7 restructured the data model into a scalable account and contact structure, moved stages and deal fields onto opportunities with new stages and attribution fields, and cloned account-based processes for opportunities. The team moved automation off the previous partner's user, then synced accounts and contacts to Pardot, built segments from account attributes, and set up marketing campaigns.
