Network-as-a-Service Provider
A network-as-a-service provider launched a Salesforce partner portal with deal registration, shifting from direct selling toward a scalable channel model with partner-logged deals routed straight to the right rep.
The client is a Network-as-a-Service company that delivers fully managed networking infrastructure to businesses, handling hardware, software, and support under one subscription. Backed by significant venture capital, the company was building out a partner channel to complement its direct sales motion. With a small but fast-growing set of partners and ambitions to reach full channel engagement, the company needed a structured way to onboard partners, register deals, and share sales materials. It engaged SiiMPLY7 to stand up a Salesforce partner portal on Experience Cloud.
The challenge
The company was transitioning from a referral-based, direct-to-customer model toward a channel strategy spanning managed service providers, resellers, and the real estate sector. Managing a handful of partners by hand was already strained, and the plan to scale to hundreds of partners made manual onboarding and deal tracking untenable. Without a system to register deals, partner submissions were not consistently captured or routed, slowing the sales cycle and creating channel conflict risk.
The solution
SiiMPLY7 implemented Salesforce Partner Relationship Management on Experience Cloud, giving partners a branded portal integrated with the client's Sales Cloud org. Deal registration let partners log opportunities that were automatically routed to the correct salesperson, keeping a single source of truth across the sales and partner teams. The portal streamlined partner onboarding with immediate access to resources and sales collateral, and partner activity flowed into the same CRM the internal team already used.
