Meeting & Event Management Software Company
A B2B meetings software company moved subscription quoting, renewals, and contracts onto Salesforce CPQ with e-signature built in.
A software company helps enterprises schedule and manage business meetings at events and trade shows. It sold multi-year subscriptions and needed a structured way to quote, sign, and renew them in Salesforce.
The challenge
Multi-year pricing was worked out in spreadsheets, discounts were approved informally, and contracts were sent for signature outside Salesforce. Existing customer subscriptions were not tracked as contracts, so renewals and upsells had to be spotted and created by hand.
The solution
SiiMPLY7 implemented Salesforce CPQ with products, bundles, list pricing with discounts, pricing rules, and approval rules, plus quote and contract templates. DocuSign sends contracts and returns them signed into Salesforce. Renewals and amendments were configured, and existing customers were loaded as contracts and subscriptions with renewal opportunities.
