School Meal Program Provider
A meal program provider moved roughly 2,000 leads and its full sales process onto Sales Cloud, connecting its website and email marketing so every inquiry is captured, tracked, and reported in one place.
The client runs a meal program that serves schools and organizations through contracted programs. Its sales pipeline and contact data were scattered outside any CRM, and inbound interest from its website was not flowing anywhere reliable. The team needed a Sales Cloud foundation that matched how it actually sells: by organization, by school, and by program type, with marketing activity tied to the right records.
The challenge
With around 2,000 leads and 60 accounts held outside Salesforce, the team had no single view of pipeline health, lead conversion, or why deals were lost. Website inquiries were not captured into a system, and email campaigns run in Constant Contact were disconnected from contact records, so marketing results could not be tied back to opportunities. Program-specific data such as contract dates and schedules had no consistent home.
The solution
SiiMPLY7 configured Sales Cloud around the client's lead-to-opportunity workflow, with opportunity types, stage paths, and custom fields and picklists for program type and contract details. Web-to-Lead captured website inquiries directly into the pipeline, and Einstein Activity Capture synced email and calendar activity automatically. A Constant Contact integration linked campaign results to leads and contacts and kept records in sync across both systems. Roughly 2,000 leads and 60 accounts were migrated with custom field mapping.
