Luxury Direct-to-Consumer Winery
A luxury winery moved its entire member experience and wine allocation model onto Salesforce, serving about 16,000 members.
A high-end winery sells primarily to a members-only allocation list. Its member experience and complex allocation process ran on a custom-built system, and it planned a small Sales Cloud rollout for basic CRM.
The challenge
The original plan was to keep the custom platform and bolt Sales Cloud on as a side tool through an integration. That would have left member data, allocations, and marketing split across systems and tied the winery to custom technology that was costly to maintain and hard to grow.
The solution
After discovery, SiiMPLY7 recommended moving the whole stack onto Salesforce, and leadership agreed. The team launched a member community for about 16,000 members, rebuilt the wine allocation model on the platform, and designed Marketing Cloud journeys around member interactions, with Sales Cloud and Inbox supporting the member services team.
