Client-Intake Law Firm
A law firm automated client intake, from referral email and phone call to signed retention letter, on Salesforce.
A law firm receives prospective client inquiries from legal referral services, its website, and phone calls. Each inquiry goes through an evaluation before the firm decides to take the case and send a retention letter.
The challenge
Referral leads arrived by email and had to be re-keyed by hand. Calls were logged separately, the evaluation process and its milestone dates were tracked inconsistently, and retention letters went out and came back outside any system.
The solution
SiiMPLY7 implemented Sales Cloud around the firm's client evaluation process, with custom fields and date automation for each milestone. Email handlers turn referral service emails into leads automatically, a telephony integration shows caller details and logs calls, DocuSign sends retention letters, and Inbox connects email and calendars. Later phases added a Slack integration for evaluations.
