Regional Fire Protection Contractor
A fire protection contractor overhauled a cluttered Salesforce org into a secure, division-aware system with a structured lead process and trusted reporting.
A regional fire protection contractor runs New Installation and Service divisions on Salesforce. The org had grown cluttered: no real lead process, team-wide admin access, hundreds of overlapping reports, and inflated pipeline numbers. Over three months and 140 consulting hours, SiiMPLY7 rebuilt it.
The challenge
Estimating and sales ran on legacy structures that no longer fit. There was no real lead process, so pipeline visibility was guesswork. Nearly everyone held full admin rights, putting sensitive bid and margin data at risk. Over 400 reports had piled up, and a commingled dashboard overstated pipeline by roughly $2 million.
The solution
SiiMPLY7 ran structured discovery, built in a sandbox, and deployed to production across both divisions. We designed distinct lead and opportunity stages where none existed, implemented a role hierarchy with private org-wide defaults, and restricted record creation to a few owners to stop duplicate creation. We consolidated reporting, rebuilt division dashboards, automated follow-up and approval alerts, and added job-number generation.

- Automated 7/14/30-day follow-up and high-value approval alerts
- Auto-generated job numbers and resolved domain verification before deadline
