Energy Compliance & Permitting Firm
An energy compliance firm brought contractor intake, permitting jobs, field inspections, and billing onto one Salesforce platform.
An energy compliance company handles permits and inspections for HVAC contractors. Its work ran across an industry compliance system, spreadsheets, and accounting software, and the business wanted one platform for contractors, staff, and field technicians.
The challenge
Job requests arrived by email and phone with no SLA tracking, so contractors called in for status updates. Permit administrators followed paper-style SOPs, inspections were scheduled by hand, and invoices and payments had to be reconciled separately in the accounting system.
The solution
SiiMPLY7 designed a connected Salesforce platform: lead and account management for contractors, job requests with SLAs and milestones, Field Service for inspection scheduling and mobile work, and a contractor portal to submit jobs, check status, and view invoices. Live chat and chatbots handled status questions, and a QuickBooks Online integration synced work orders, invoices, and payments.
