Growth-Stage Data-Security SaaS Company
A data-security SaaS company rebuilt its Sales Cloud around a structured ARR framework and selected DealHub CPQ to standardize subscription quoting and renewal management.
This Growth-Stage Data-Security SaaS Company sells subscription-based AI data-loss-prevention software to enterprise customers. Backed by leading investors and recognized as a Gartner Cool Vendor, the company protects sensitive data across cloud collaboration tools for hundreds of enterprise customers globally.
The challenge
Opportunities did not consistently capture term, ARR, or expansion-versus-new-business splits, so finance and sales reported different revenue numbers. Renewals and upsells were managed informally, creating risk of missed renewal dates and unrecognized expansion. As the company prepared to scale go-to-market, it needed a CRM data model that treated ARR as a first-class, reportable metric rather than a manual calculation.
The solution
SiiMPLY7 re-architected Sales Cloud around a structured ARR framework, modeling new, renewal, and expansion revenue with consistent fields and stage logic so every opportunity rolled up into trustworthy reporting. The scope expanded to include account segmentation (Account Type and Account Status restructuring), subscription object validation, and overage opportunity handling across the full customer base. SiiMPLY7 facilitated the company's CPQ evaluation and supported the selection and integration of DealHub as their quoting and renewal platform. A Data Cloud and Snowflake engagement also launched in parallel to unify product-usage and account signals.

Engagement summary
SiiMPLY7 delivered a production Sales Cloud org built around a first-class ARR framework, giving the company reliable recurring-revenue reporting and structured renewal tracking. The engagement also produced scoped designs for Revenue Cloud and CPQ and a roadmap for Data Cloud, setting up the next phases of go-to-market maturity.
What's next
The active next phase is DealHub CPQ integration — standardizing subscription quoting, renewals, and amendments directly in Salesforce. In parallel, the Data Cloud and Snowflake engagement is underway to unify product-usage and account signals for expansion targeting and churn-risk insight.
