Compliance & Risk Management Software Company
A compliance software company implemented Salesforce CPQ with separate pricing models for three industry verticals, giving its revenue team consistent, automated quoting across its markets.
A company providing compliance and audit management software sells across distinct industry markets, each with its own product mix and pricing structure. Quoting relied on manually maintained pricing spreadsheets, discounts were applied inconsistently, and contract documents were assembled and sent outside any structured system.
The challenge
Three separate product lines each required different pricing logic, including tiered structures and complexity-based implementation costs. Approvals for discounts were informal, renewals were tracked manually, and contract amendments were handled outside Salesforce. Multiple quote document types were generated and signed outside the system.
The solution
SiiMPLY7 implemented Revenue Cloud and CPQ with separate price books for each industry vertical, tiered pricing rules and complexity-based implementation cost logic, and a discount approval chain with thresholds routed to the right approvers. Conga Composer generated proposal and contract documents dynamically from quote data, DocuSign sent them for signature and returned signed copies with PO numbers, renewals were automated with configurable uplift, and amendments handled co-terming and add-on opportunities.
