Battery Technology Manufacturer
A battery technology manufacturer launched Sales Cloud in a few weeks, giving leadership a forecast it could share with investors and executives.
A battery technology company sells energy storage products to industrial customers, integration partners, and resellers. A small business development team tracked leads and deals without a CRM, while its ERP handled only orders.
The challenge
Customer relationships and pipeline lived with individual sellers, so no one else could pick up an account if someone was out. Leadership could not forecast by quarter or slice the pipeline by vertical market, and quotes were built in word processing documents outside any system.
The solution
SiiMPLY7 delivered a foundational Sales Cloud build around the team's lead-to-order process: web-to-lead capture, a lead queue with assignment and auto-response, qualification, and conversion; opportunities with products, price books, and quotes; duplicate rules and validation; and KPI reports and a dashboard for pipeline by quarter and vertical, customer visits, and trainings.
