B2B Virtual Fitness Content & Technology Platform

A B2B virtual fitness content and technology platform turned a cluttered, underused Salesforce org into a maintained, optimized system of record through a structured audit and ongoing support.

The client is a Minnesota-based B2B virtual fitness platform offering over 1,200 premium on-demand and live digital fitness classes to gyms, health clubs, hotels, residential communities, and corporate wellness programs. One of the leading commercial virtual fitness platforms in North America, the company delivers a customizable, analytics-driven experience that helps facilities increase member engagement and extend their fitness offering beyond physical space. The company had grown its Salesforce footprint over time without a clear system owner. Sales, service, and operations were all working in the same org, but data quality, automation sprawl, and integration reliability had become day to day friction. SiiMPLY7 was brought in to run a full Salesforce system audit and then stay on as the hands-on support partner.

The challenge

The org carried real technical debt: duplicate and outdated records, redundant automations, and custom code with no clear documentation. Customer service workflows were inefficient, lead assignment was manual, and the team had limited visibility into their own data. Critical integrations to Conga Sign, DocuSign, and Chargebee needed to be validated for reliability, and the client wanted a defensible plan before investing further.

The solution

SiiMPLY7 delivered a structured Salesforce System Audit covering data integrity, security and access, customization, user adoption, integrations, performance, and admin best practices. The audit produced a prioritized backlog of fixes and enhancements, which then converted into an ongoing support engagement billed against approved hour blocks. The team executed configuration and custom Apex and Lightning Web Component work, and integrated Zendesk so support context surfaces directly on Salesforce records.

  • Custom Apex and Lightning Web Component development, including a change order addendum automation
  • Ongoing support model with scoped, client approved hour blocks for continuous improvement

Engagement summary

SiiMPLY7 audited the client's Salesforce org, delivered a prioritized roadmap, and transitioned into an ongoing support partnership. Early support cycles shipped the Zendesk integration, integration validation, and targeted custom development, giving the client a maintained system and a clear backlog of approved improvements.

What's next

Likely next phases include working through the remaining approved backlog, expanding automation around lead assignment and customer service, and evaluating the proposed Agentforce use case to bring AI assisted support into the org.
